År & Dag

For the 3rd residency of 2019, Andersabo will host År & Dag, a quartet of composers and musicians comprised of Andreas Pallisgaard, Mads Forsby, Anders Lauge Meldgaard, and Michael Mørkholt.

År & Dag have explored large ensemble performance, using electronics, percussion, winds, and self-constructed instruments, which together form a kind of "instrumentarium".

​

The residency at Andersabo will be used to produce new music which will be released next year.

​

There will be an open studio at Andersabo on 2 October at 19:00, with music and video from the project, along with some food and drinks. The event is free and open to all.
